Best mold inspection testimonial | We had an odor in one of our retail stores and had a plumber and a general contractor come out to try to identify the source of the odor. After nearly two months of searching for the source and dealing with this, we hired Fun Guy Inspection and Consulting to rule out mold from water damage as there was a hot water leak four months prior to the smell. Robert inspected the outside and interior spaces for anything that could foster mold growth.
He was very thorough. While not turning up any definite mold sources, the inspector returned numerous times to continue his search and speak with store employees. He finally found that the unit next door had been vacant for a number of years and after gaining access, he inspected the vacant unit as well.
He found the source to be plumbing issues. I was very impressed with his knowledge of building and construction materials and processes. Although this ended up not being a mold related issue, Fun Guy Inspection and Consulting was definitely the correct company to call! Robert has great communication skills, is extremely thorough, and kept in close contact with us every step of the way.
