Think again. The local establishment you rent, maybe full of mold. This was 
an air bnb in Los Angeles for rent. The new property owner asked Fun Guy Inspections for a mold inspection before purchasing the property. Our certified mold inspectors discovered water damage and mold in this home in Los Angeles. Samples for mold were tested and a mold report with recommendations was provided to the buyer. Shortly after, a local mold restoration company was called to remove the mold. When the mold was removed Fun Guy Inspection performed a final post remediation (or Final/ Post Mold Inspection) and concluded that the area was safe to reoccupy.
A final mold certificate was issued to the homeowner indicating that the mold was gone (or at normal levels). The new owner was ready to hang drywall, paint and get the place ready to rent!
