Interim Step: Hiring Your Abatement Contractor
Once you receive our Phase 1 report, you can hire any licensed asbestos abatement and remediation contractor to handle the physical removal. Our clear protocol ensures contractors provide accurate, apples-to-apples bids without inflating scope.
Phase 2: Post-Remediation Final Clearance Inspection
After the remediation company completes the removal and cleans the site, you hire us back to conduct the final clearance inspection:

Visual Containment Pass: Our inspector enters the contained work area to verify that all specified asbestos materials have been completely removed and no debris or dust remains.
Aggressive Air Clearance Testing: We run calibrated high-flow air pumps fitted with specialized cassettes inside the containment zone to test for suspended airborne fibers.
